Design your plan in your portal where all of your pet’s care details are stored. Add your check-in schedule, contacts and instructions so your plan is put to use if you become unreachable—and update it at any time.

We run automatic, contactless check-ins by text or call on your schedule. If a check-in and two timed follow-ups go unanswered, we begin manually contacting your chosen people in order until someone confirms care.

When one of your contacts confirms they can step in for your pet, we provide them a copy of your pet’s care plan and guide them through your instructions—so nothing is missed and they can begin care for your pet promptly.
