If you don’t respond to a check-in and two subsequent follow-ups, your plan activates. We begin outreach to your chosen contacts in your set order until someone confirms care for your pet. Once care is confirmed, we guide your contact step by step through your pet’s plan—helping ensure your instructions are followed as written. Your instructions, pet care plan and information are securely documented so your plan is ready when it's needed.
