You are not required to submit home access information unless you choose to provide it. We recommend you don't share sensitive information such as passcodes.

  • We do not take possession of physical keys or access devices.

You may update or delete this information at any time. We recommend you don't share sensitive information such as passcodes.

6 | How We Share Information

A. With Your Designated Contacts and Pet Guardians

During plan activation, we share pet details, care instructions, home access instructions (if provided), and escalation notes with whoever confirms they will provide care for your pet.

B. With Service Providers

We work with trusted third parties (Stripe, Twilio, Airtable, etc.) for website hosting, payment processing, SMS/call/email delivery, analytics, customer support, and cloud services.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, government request, or to protect our rights and safety.

D. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

7 | Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, maintain transaction records, and resolve disputes.

After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, all account data is permanently deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain records to comply with legal obligations or defend against claims.
